TheAiNews.App helps you keep up with AI news. We gather headlines from independent publishers, write short AI summaries to help you decide what to read, and link you to the full article on the publisher's own site. These Terms explain the rules for using the app.
Acceptance
By downloading or using TheAiNews.App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. We may update these Terms as the App evolves; continuing to use it means you accept the current version.
What the App Does
The App is a news aggregator. We surface headlines and AI-written summaries, then link out to the original article on the publisher's website. We don't host or reproduce publishers' full articles — the news lives on their sites.
Use of Feeds & Third-Party Content
Articles, headlines, and images belong to the original publishers, not to us. Feeds may change, become unavailable, or be removed at any time under publisher terms. We preserve attribution and link back to the source. Your use of any publisher's content is also subject to that publisher's own terms.
AI Summaries
Summaries are generated by AI for convenience only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Always open the original article and verify anything important before relying on it. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any summary or feed.
Podcasts
Podcasts are third-party shows we curate but do not produce. We show episode listings and artwork; episodes open and play in Apple Podcasts, under each show's own terms. Shows may change or become unavailable at any time.
AI History
The AI History tab is an editorial reference guide. Company facts, model names, chip specifications, and release dates are compiled with care but may contain errors or lag behind announcements, and are provided "as is." Verify anything important against the original source.
Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers a free tier and an optional subscription at $4.99 per year that unlocks AI summaries, saving, sharing, and other premium features. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
Acceptable Use
Please use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the App's content or summaries; don't disrupt, reverse-engineer, or try to circumvent the App or its subscription; and don't use the App to break the law or any publisher's terms.
Intellectual Property
The App's name, design, brand, and our AI-generated summaries and curation belong to us. The underlying news content belongs to its respective publishers. Nothing here grants you rights to either, beyond personal use of the App.
No Professional Advice
Nothing in the App is financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read.
Disclaimers
The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
You use the App at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheAiNews.App and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from the App or anything you read in it. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (which may be zero).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be surfaced in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
